Alan is an investment banker with a depth of knowledge in project finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has had investment banking assignments with renewable energy, engineering, semiconductor, and software, as well as food and beverage companies.  Alan has an extensive background in international business development with large OEM transactions with HP, Hitachi, and others. Currently, he operates a geothermal development company in Eastern Europe. He studied at UC Berkeley, including graduate courses.  Alan holds FINRA securities licenses including Series 7, 63, 24 and 79.  He has lived in Europe and holds both British and US passports.
